This gym is very well equipped for both the casual fitness person or someone who is serious about building muscle or competitive bodybuilding. There is enough equipment that even during peak times, you can get in a great workout. My 11-year-old granddaughter takes the Olympic weightlifting class and loves the coach. They have a wide selection of group classes and trainers too. Membership options fit every budget from $35 a month to $349 for an annual membership. The gym has its own convenient parking lot.
My home away from home. Friendly staff and all the tools I need to improve my fitness goals. The price is great, the place is clean, and I love having 24 hour access.
It welcomes everyone. Especially folks like myself who, shall we say, were not star athletes. They have a training staff, some who provide nutritional guidance, and just started offering a ton of classes for members.
If anything more signage is needed for the parking situation. Just booting people is crazy to me especially for out of town folks. You never know a humans situation. Put some damn cones or have your “security” stand guard to not allow people in the lot without a decal. This gym lame as hell for that. Can only imagine the actual gym establishment according to some negative reviews. Better people better gyms better people elsewhere.
Nice gym! Been going here for 5 plus years. Only negative. The cleaning guy sucks donkey you know what. I've watched him clean the men's bathroom several times and I just shook my head each time. Mopping over dirt and trash is not how you clean the floors. Lol. Ya have to get all the trash and dirt up 1st. Even the trash in and around the shower area that some nasty people keep leaving back there. That's my only gripe with this gym. The guy who cleans the male bathroom needs to clean better or get some better prescription glasses. I truly don't know what his eyes are seeing after he cleans the place.
One of the best non corporate gyms in my personal opinion, I’ve changed gyms a couple times due to the staff not being helpful and or supportive. This gym has people for everything! I can not stress my satisfaction for the overall experience.
Running a scam in the parking lot, booting people, no signs, no identification of people operating the boots. Complaint filed with the city. This business should compensate victims for what's happening on their property
Update: the owner's response claims they're doing this for the "societal good". They also claim I was provided with identification from the people operating this scam, and that the fines are well marked. All of these are lies. Complaint filed with the city, and looking for legal remedies for harassment and threats to property. Neighboring businesses should also be alerted that this is going on. None of this is making anyone "safer" that's for sure
I love this gym! It is always clean and has plenty of towels available for cleaning up after. They also have a ton of really awesome programs and other services. I really appreciate that they monitor the parking lot! It keeps members safe and insures that there are always parking spots available for the people who pay for memberships!
This is the best gym I’ve trained at!! The environment is relaxed and the trainers know their stuff. The amenities and 6 group classes VF offers are a plus!! Welcoming, and homey, gym! Highly recommend!!
